1. Kapsam ve amaç

Bu politika BestX Player TV uygulamasını, bestxplayer.com sitesini ve isteğe bağlı liste panelini kapsar. Yukarıdaki bireysel işletmeci, panel ve destek verilerinin sorumlusudur. Veriler, istediğin cihaz eşleştirme/liste iletimi hizmetini sunmak, bağlantıyı korumak ve destek taleplerini yanıtlamak için işlenir. İsteğe bağlı özellikler için seçimin alınır; güvenlik ve kötüye kullanım önleme işlemleri hizmetin korunması amacıyla yürütülür. Uygulanacak hukuki dayanaklar işletmecinin ülkesi ve kullanıcıya uygulanan mevzuata göre değerlendirilir.

2. İşlenen bilgiler

Cihaz bağlantısı: rastgele oluşturulan MAC biçimindeki uygulama kimliği, Device Key doğrulama bilgisi, eşleştirme yetkisi ve kayıt tarihi. Donanım MAC adresi okunmaz.
Listeler: liste adı, M3U adresi veya Xtream sunucu/kullanıcı adı/parolası. Panelde AES-256-GCM ile şifreli tutulur. TV’nin listeyi alabilmesi için panel bu bilgileri yetkili cihazına çözüp iletir; bu uçtan uca şifreleme değildir.
Yerel tercihler: favoriler, geçmiş, devam konumları, son aramalar, dil, görünüm ve gizlenen kategoriler TV’de kalır; siteye izleme geçmişi gönderilmez. Ebeveyn PIN’i rastgele tuzla PBKDF2-SHA256 özeti olarak saklanır.
Bağlantı ve destek: sunucu IP adresini görür; güvenlik sınırlamaları uygular. Destek için gönderdiğin e-posta adresi, mesaj ve ekler destek posta kutusunda tutulur. Parola ve yayın bağlantısı gönderme.

3. Üçüncü taraflar ve aktarım

TV, playlist ve yayınları doğrudan seçtiğin sağlayıcıdan alır; sağlayıcı IP adresini ve kendi hesap bilgilerini görür. Afiş ve kanal logoları kaynak URL’lerindeki görsel sunucularından gelir. Ek metadata etkinse içerik adı, yıl veya TMDB kimliği panelden TMDB’ye gönderilir; sağlayıcı parolan ve tam listen gönderilmez. TMDB görselleri doğrudan TV’ye indirilir. Barındırma sağlayıcısı altyapıyı işletir; ülke bilgisi yukarıdadır. Bu hizmetler farklı ülkelerde bulunabilir ve kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir. Veriler reklam amacıyla satılmaz; bu sürüm reklam ve analitik takip SDK’sı içermez.

4. Saklama ve silme

Panel cihaz kaydı ve listeler, TV’den kayıt silinene kadar saklanır; cihaz kayıtları için otomatik zaman aşımı yoktur. Tek listeyi web panelinden kaldırabilirsin. Kaydı silmek paneldeki tüm listeleri, eşleştirmeyi ve telefon oturumlarını sonlandırır. QR kodu tek kullanımlık ve 10 dakikalıktır; web oturumu 30 dakika sonunda sona erer. Başarısız anahtar denemeleri 24 saate kadar giriş kısıtı oluşturabilir. Ek metadata önbelleği en fazla 12 saattir ve süreç belleğindedir.

TV verilerini Ayarlar’dan veya uygulama verilerini silerek kaldırabilirsin. Sunucu güncelleme yedekleri ve mevcut erişim logları etkin yapılandırmaya bağlıdır; yayından önce süreleri aşağıda açıklanmalıdır: Henüz doğrulanmadı. Yedekten geri yükleme yapılırsa daha önce onaylanan silme talepleri yeniden uygulanmalıdır. Destek e-postaları, talep çözümünden sonra en fazla 12 ay tutulacak şekilde işletmeci tarafından düzenli temizlenir; bu işlem otomatik değildir.

5. Yerel depolama ve güvenlik

TV’de uygulama tercihleri ve bağlantı bilgileri; tarayıcıda dil seçimi ve sekme oturum yetkisi saklanır. Bunlar hizmet işlevleri içindir; reklam çerezi kullanılmaz. Panel bağlantıları HTTPS ile korunur. Cihaz anahtarı, QR ve TV’ye fiziksel erişimi korumalısın. Hiçbir sistem mutlak güvenlik garantisi vermez.

6. Seçimlerin ve hakların

Panel bağlantısını kullanmadan TV’ye geçici liste ekleyebilirsin. İlk panel kaydından önce açıklamayı kabul etmen istenir. Bağlantıyı kaldırabilir; yerel geçmişi ve listeleri silebilirsin. Uygulanabilir mevzuata göre erişim, düzeltme, silme, işleme itiraz, kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik ve ilgili denetim makamına başvuru hakların bulunabilir. 7. Çocuklar ve değişiklikler

Hizmet çocuklara özel içerik sunmaz veya yaş profili oluşturmaz. Çocukların kullanımını ebeveynler denetlemeli; uygun kaynak ve gizli kategorileri seçmelidir. Politika değişiklikleri yeni tarih ile yayımlanır; veri kullanımında önemli değişiklikler ayrıca bildirilir.

1. Scope and purpose

This policy covers the BestX Player TV app, bestxplayer.com and the optional playlist panel. The individual operator above is responsible for panel and support data. Data is used to provide requested device pairing and playlist delivery, protect connections and answer support requests. Optional features require your choice; security and abuse prevention protect the service. Applicable legal bases depend on the operator’s country and the law applicable to the user.

2. Information processed

Device connection: a randomly generated MAC-style app ID, Device Key verification data, pairing credentials and registration date. The hardware MAC is not read.
Playlists: name, M3U URL or Xtream server, username and password. These are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on the panel. The panel decrypts them to deliver them to your authorised TV; this is not end-to-end encryption.
Local preferences: favourites, watch history, resume positions, recent searches, language, appearance and hidden categories stay on the TV. Watch history is not sent to the website. The parental PIN is stored as a salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hash.
Connections and support: the server sees your IP address and applies abuse limits. Support email addresses, messages and attachments are held in the support mailbox. Do not send passwords or private stream URLs.

3. Third parties and transfers

The TV retrieves playlists and streams directly from your chosen provider, which sees your IP address and its account credentials. Posters and channel logos come from their source image servers. When extra metadata is enabled, the panel sends a title, year or TMDB ID to TMDB; it does not send your provider password or full playlist. TMDB images download directly to the TV. The hosting provider operates the infrastructure; its country is listed above. These services may operate in different countries under their own privacy terms. Data is not sold for advertising. This version contains no advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.

4. Retention and deletion

Device registrations and playlists remain until you delete the registration from your TV; device registrations have no automatic expiry. Remove individual playlists on the website. Deleting the registration removes all panel playlists, pairing credentials and phone sessions. QR codes work once and expire after 10 minutes; web sessions expire after 30 minutes. Failed key attempts can restrict manual sign-in for up to 24 hours. Extra metadata is cached in process memory for up to 12 hours.

Clear local TV data through Settings or by clearing app data. Update backups and existing server logs depend on the deployed configuration; their retention must be disclosed before publication: Not verified yet. If a backup is restored, previously approved deletion requests must be reapplied. The operator must regularly delete resolved support email after no more than 12 months; this is not automated.

5. Local storage and security

The TV stores app preferences and connection details. The browser stores language choice and per-tab session credentials. These support service functions; no advertising cookies are used. Panel connections use HTTPS. Keep device keys, QR codes and physical TV access private. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may add a temporary playlist directly on the TV without using the panel. The first registration requires accepting the connection notice. Disconnect, clear local history or delete playlists whenever needed. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, portability and complaints to a supervisory authority. Send requests to info@bestxplayer.com. We may verify device ownership for security; we do not ask for your password.

7. Children and changes

The service does not provide child-specific content or create age profiles. Parents should supervise use and choose suitable sources and hidden categories. Changes to this policy are dated here; material data-use changes will be separately communicated.
